This field specifies the value date that appeared on the related cheque truncation message.
Date must be a valid date expressed as YYMMDD (Error code(s): T50).
As this message is sent after provisional credit has been given to the beneficiary, any consequential interests can also be taken into account, by specifying that date. In this case, that is, when back-valuing is applied, no separate fields must be used to indicate the interest charges.
