This message is sent by the Receiver of an MT 960 Request for Service Initiation Message, MT 961 Initiation Response Message, MT 963 Key Acknowledgement Message, MT 966 Discontinue Service Message or MT 967 Discontinuation Acknowledgement Message to the Sender if an error has been detected in that message. The error code is contained in an ESM class Cryptographic Service Message.
