DEFINITION

This qualified generic field specifies:

BLOK	Blocking Period	Period during which the security is securities are blocked.
CONV	Conversion Period	Period upon which securities may be converted or exchanged for other securities.
IACC	Exercise Period	Period upon which warrants or rights may be exercised.
OFFR	Offer Period	Period upon which open offer remains valid.
PRIC	Price Calculation Period	Period upon which used to determine the price of a security.
REPL	Reply Period	Period upon which account owner must reply with a decision on a voluntary event.
REVO	Revocability Period	Period in which a shareholder can revoke, withdraw or change its instruction. Generally tender offers, take-over offers may have a revocable period.
PWAL	Period of Action	Period during which the specified option, or all options of the event, remains valid, eg, offer period.
INDP	Indemnity Period	Period in which an indemnity or compensation is paid.
INPE	Interest Period	Period upon which the interest rate has been applied.
CSPD	Compulsory Purchase Period	Period upon which, during a take-over where any outstanding equity must be stock, not yet purchased by the take-over company., must be purchased.
SEAD	Sell Thru Issuer Period	Period ( The period including the last day included) during which an account owner can surrender or sell securities rights to the issuer and receive the sale proceeds. (this period is different from the rights trading period).
PARL	Parallel Trading Period	Period during which both an old and a new stock may be traded simultaneously (e.g. consolidation of shares or splitting of shares).

UKWN	Unknown Date	Date is unknown by the Sender.

NETWORK VALIDATED RULES

Date must be a valid date expressed as YYYYMMDD (Error code(s): T50).

Time must be a valid time expressed as HHMMSS (Error code(s): T38).

USAGE RULES

INPE should be used only if it is different from a normal accrued interest period.
