This qualified generic field specifies:

DIST	Distribution Form	Specifies the level of confidentiality that should be used when sending the correspondence to the mailing address.
DIST	Distribution Form	Indicates how correspondence should be sent to the mailing address.
TITL	Title of Correspondence	Title to be used for correspondence to the mailing address.
