This message is sent from the beneficiary's financial institution, directly or through one or more other financial institutions, to the issuer's financial institution to convey information about one or more truncated cheques, in the same currency. It is used to debit or obtain credit under usual reserve.
In case of travellers cheques, this message may also be sent to a travellers cheque issuer.
This message may not be used to convey information about truncated cheques sent on a collection basis.
